Authorizes court to sign documents if party so ordered fails to comply
Authorizes entry of a divorce decree by default or stipulated agreement; affidavit to contain information sufficient to support findings of fact and final judgment
Shortening the 30 day waiting period requires "extraordinary circumstances," and would have to be jointly requested to sorten it much, because the non-moving party has 14 days to object (see also similar requirement in UCA 30-3-18)
